1. Introduction

Welcome to Edjitsu. By accessing or using our website, training, or consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to use our services.
  • By using Edjitsu, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

  • To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Services Overview

  • Edjitsu provides training, e-learning, and consulting services in embedded systems and Edge AI.
  • We may update, modify, or discontinue services at any time without notice.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Fees for courses, consulting, or other services are due as specified at purchase or in your agreement.
  • Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase for training services, provided no certificate has been issued or substantial content accessed. Consulting retainers or project fees are refundable only as specified in your consulting agreement.
  • Subscription or recurring services will auto-renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel via your account dashboard or by contacting support.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, materials, and resources provided by Edjitsu are the property of Edjitsu or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use as part of your training or consulting engagement.
  • User-generated content remains your property, but you grant Edjitsu a license to use, display, and distribute it as needed to provide services.

7. User Conduct

  • You agree to use Edjitsu services for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that would harm Edjitsu, its users, or its partners.
  • Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: unauthorized account sharing, plagiarism, harassment, reverse engineering, or attempting to disrupt services.
  • For training: All assessments must be your own work unless collaboration is explicitly permitted. For consulting: Confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations may apply as per your agreement.

8. Consulting and Training-Specific Terms

  • Consulting deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by your signed Statement of Work (SOW) or consulting agreement.
  • Edjitsu does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results from training or consulting engagements.
  • Client is responsible for providing accurate information and timely access to resources needed for consulting or training delivery.
  • All advice, recommendations, and training content are provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edjitsu is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Edjitsu and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Chennai, India, unless otherwise required by law.
