Refund Policy
This policy applies to both our Training and Consulting services.
1. Training Services
- Cancellations by Client:
- Full refund if cancellation is received in writing at least 10 calendar days before the scheduled start date.
- 50% refund if cancellation is received 5–9 calendar days before the start date.
- No refund for cancellations received less than 5 calendar days before the start date, but you may nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost.
- Cancellations by Edjitsu: If Edjitsu cancels or reschedules a training session, clients may choose a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
- Online/On-Demand Courses: Refunds are not available once access credentials or course materials have been provided.
- No-Shows: No refunds for participants who do not attend without prior written notice.
2. Consulting Services
- Project Cancellations: Advance payments or retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced. If Edjitsu is unable to deliver agreed-upon services due to our own fault, a pro-rated refund may be considered for undelivered work, as specified in the contract.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding deliverables or refunds will be handled in accordance with the terms set out in the service agreement.
3. General Provisions
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@edjitsu.com.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.
- This policy does not affect statutory rights under applicable law.
