Labs Service Level Agreement (SLA)
This SLA applies to all lab assignments and artifacts shared with Edjitsu students and training participants.
Lab Assignment Delivery
- All labs will be discussed during class sessions and shared as assignments for participants to complete.
- Lab materials may include documentation, code, datasets, and setup instructions.
Hardware & Access Options
- Participants may complete labs using their own self-purchased hardware (where compatible).
- Edjitsu can provide actual hardware kits at cost, subject to availability and shipping constraints.
- Cloud-based virtual hardware setups are available at cost for remote access and experimentation.
- All Edjitsu-provided hardware or cloud access is subject to separate terms and availability.
Support & Commitments
- Edjitsu will provide setup support and troubleshooting guidance for all official lab artifacts.
- Support is available during class hours and via email for a period of 30 days after course completion.
- Edjitsu does not guarantee compatibility with all third-party or legacy hardware.
- Participants are responsible for following all safety and usage guidelines provided with lab materials.
Updates & Revisions
- Lab content may be updated or revised at Edjitsu’s discretion to reflect best practices and new technologies.
- Participants will be notified of major updates relevant to their course cohort.
